Testimony of Michael from USA

18 years ago my oldest child and I joined an organization that emphasized the relationship between father and son.  Over the years, my family benefited from the Godly men and families we surrounded ourselves with in Kepha and I was eventually bringing all five of my sons to retreats.  Kepha has three patrons - St. John Bosco, St. Teresa of Calcutta and Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati.  We learned much about each of our patrons and I always appreciatedthe example of "manly" Catholicism of Pier Giorgio.  This Man of the Eight Beatitudes was an awesome role model for my boys.  The ultimate experience was our visit to Turin, Italy - the home of Frassati - including Mass at his death bed in the mountains and a visit to his home in the city.  What a man!

Testimony of Mariette from USA

As a young adult, I learned about Pier-Giorgio while managing a chain of exclusively Catholic bookstores. At the age of 47, I enrolled in university to become a social worker andwas greatly influenced by Frassati's own involvement in Catholic social service and social action. I am now a licensed social worker and mental health therapist and keep Pier-Giorgio's picture as my screen saver on my laptop at work. As a professional, I must respect religious diversity and do not openly proselytize, but when clients see the picture and ask about him, I share his story andmany of them are touched by the witness of his life. I have personally chosen Pier-Giorgio as my patron and proffer him as an official Patron of Social Work(ers). If Pier-Giorgio was canonized, his influence and witness would only be strengthened.--Mariette

Testimony of Alessandro from France

I have been serving in Lourdes since 2009 as the Chairman of the Bureau des Constatations Médicales (the Office of Medical Observations), where I meet and work with several thousands of Physicians and Health Care Professionals. I'm astonished of the great number of such professionals - and of the volunteers serving the sick - that in Lourdes have asked me - being an italian - of Blessed Piergiorgio Frassati. People - and mostly young people - from many different Countries of the World.
Holy Father! Please make Piergiorgio Frassati a Saint !!!

Testimony of Vincent from USA

I have researched his life & accomplishments thru books, pamphlets, seminars & videos over five + years and have become convinced that he is truly a saint and as a canonized saint of the Church he will serve as a genuine role model for our youth. His spirituality coupled with his human traits of athleticism, humor and dedication to helping the poor will convince other youth today that it is possible to live in today's hedonistic world and still be Christlike in our dedication to the Eucharist & become beacons by helping the poor.
